Step 3: Flatten burger meat and top with seasoned salt, garlic powder and pepper. Then add a bit of olive oil if the meat is super lean. Then mush everything together until it’s consistent. Flatten the meat back out.
Step 4: Dump cooked veggies, cheese and anything else you think might be tasty inside a meat pocket, on top of the flattened burger.
Step 5: Wrap beef around goodies you put on top of flattened meat. If you are feeling decorative, make a face with hot dog sections.
Step 6: Start boiling some potatoes.
Step 7: Cook meat pocket in oven at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
Step 8: Turn potatoes into mashed potatoes. Make gravy. Put cooked meat pocket on top of potatoes and dump gravy all over it. Bonus points for garlic bread and beer.
